Non-Isocyanate (NISO) Technology 

Designed for crosslinking with liquid epoxy resins, SYNOCURE® 886 S 70 enables high-performance 2K systems without isocyanates. This improves workplace safety and simplifies regulatory compliance while maintaining robust mechanical properties.

High Solids, VOC-Optimized Formulation

With a solid content of 68–72%, the resin supports high solids coatings that reduce VOC levels compared to conventional solvent-based systems. Typical paint formulations achieve 66% solids by weight while maintaining workable viscosity and long pot life.

Excellent Hardness and Drying Performance

Fast surface dry time of approximately 21 minutes and strong hardness development, reaching high Persoz and König values within days, ensure rapid return to service and durable film performance.

Durable Gloss and DTM Capability

Coatings deliver gloss levels up to 90–95 GU and demonstrate strong salt fog resistance in Direct-to-Metal applications, even without anticorrosive pigments. The system is also HAPs free, supporting cleaner industrial coatings.
