Products

Keyvex™ precision cleaning fluids remove oils, greases, particles, flux residues and other manufacturing contaminants from components and assemblies. Solvent and aqueous chemistry options support vapor degreasing, ultrasonic immersion and other cleaning processes.

Keyvex™ 7100

Keyvex™ 7100 is methyl perfluoroisobutyl ether supplied as a clear, colorless liquid with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low surface tension. It is designed for use as a light cleaning and rinsing agent and anti-fingerprint coating solvent. Keyvex™ 7100 serves as an ideal replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 7100 as well as CFC, HCFC, HFC, and PFC chemistries.

Keyvex™ 71IPA

Keyvex™ 71IPA is a non-flammable precision cleaning fluid based on a hydrofluoroether (HFE) and isopropyl alcohol azeotropic formulation. Designed as an ideal replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 71IPA, it combines excellent material compatibility, low surface tension and rapid drying characteristics of fluorinated fluids with the enhanced solvency of isopropyl alcohol, enabling effective removal of both polar and non-polar contaminants.

Keyvex™ 72DA

Keyvex™ 72DA is a high-performance precision cleaning fluid formulated from trans-1,2-dichloroethylene (trans-DCE), proprietary fluorinated ethers, and isopropyl alcohol. Designed as an ideal replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 72DA as well as CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs, nPB, and chlorinated solvents, keyvex™ 72DA effectively removes oils, greases, lubricants, flux residues, particulates, and other processing contaminants from complex assemblies.

Keyvex™ 73DE

Keyvex™ 73DE Engineered Fluid is a high-solvency cleaning fluid designed primarily for heavy-duty vapor degreasing and immersion cleaning applications. It is an ideal replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 73DE, nPB. TCE, and HCFCs, providing effective removal of heavy greases, oils, waxes, silicones, non-polar flux residues, and other stubborn contaminants from metal and electronic components.

Keyvex™ Ultra

Keyvex™ Ultra is a PFAS-free fluid designed for light cleaning applications, providing an alternative to legacy solvents such as nPB, HCFC-225, 3M™ Novec™, HFC-based solvents and other conventional cleaning chemistries.

Keyvex™ Ultra X

Keyvex™ Ultra X is a PFAS-free fluorinated solvent blend designed for heavy cleaning applications, providing manufacturers with an alternative to legacy solvents such as nPB, TCE, 3M™ Novec™, HFC-based solvents and other conventional cleaning chemistries.

Keyvex™ AQ 110

Keyvex™ AQ 110 is a pH-neutral aqueous cleaning fluid designed for effective removal of machining oils, light greases, fingerprints, and particulate contamination from metal and compatible engineered surfaces. Its advanced surfactant system provides effective wetting, emulsification, and soil dispersion, making it suitable for ultrasonic, immersion, and general industrial precision cleaning applications.

Keyvex™ AQ 210

Keyvex™ AQ 210 is a neutral semi-aqueous precision cleaning fluid designed for effective removal of flux residues, solder paste, stencil residues, fingerprints, and light process oils. Its balanced solvent and low-foaming surfactant system provides enhanced wetting and organic-residue solvency, making it suitable for precision cleaning of electronic assemblies, manufacturing tooling, and compatible precision components.

Fluid selection considers thermal performance, operating temperature, electrical properties and material compatibility.

Keyvex™ 7200

Keyvex™ 7200 is a specialized hydrofluoroether (HFE) engineered fluid designed for thermal management and precision cleaning applications. With a low boiling point, high latent heat of vaporization, non-conductive properties and high dielectric strength, it enables efficient heat removal through evaporation and condensation, making it suitable for immersion cooling in data centers and thermal management in semiconductor manufacturing. It also provides effective performance for cleaning and rinsing sensitive components and serves as a direct replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 7200 Engineered Fluid.

Keyvex™ 7300

Keyvex™ 7300 is an engineered heat transfer fluid designed for thermal management, immersion cooling and light-duty solvent cleaning. Its high boiling point, low vapor pressure, excellent dielectric strength and thermal stability make it well suited for applications requiring reliable heat transfer with reduced fluid loss. As a drop-in replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 7300, it provides equivalent thermal, dielectric and cleaning performance for semiconductor manufacturing, data center immersion cooling and light-duty cleaning and rinsing applications.

Keyvex™ 7200

Keyvex™ 7500 is a high-performance, electrically insulating heat transfer fluid designed as a direct replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 7500 Engineered Fluid. With chemical inertness and dielectric properties similar to perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and perfluoropolyethers (PFPEs), it offers excellent electrical insulation, low surface tension and no flash point, supporting reliable heat transfer where thermal performance, dielectric properties and material compatibility are critical.

Keyvex™ fire suppression fluids support rapid fire suppression while protecting sensitive equipment and critical infrastructure. FK-5-1-12 works primarily by absorbing heat from the fire, rapidly reducing the energy needed to sustain combustion. Fluid selection considers extinguishing performance, electrical properties, environmental requirements and compatibility with engineered fire suppression systems.

Keyvex™ FK 5-1-12

Keyvex™ FK 5-1-12 is a fluorinated ketone clean agent designed for fire suppression systems protecting sensitive equipment and occupied spaces. It provides a clean, electrically non-conductive fire suppression solution for applications where rapid fire extinguishment, minimal residue, and protection of sensitive equipment are essential. Keyvex™ FK 5-1-12 is a next-generation alternative to traditional halon and HFC-based fire suppression agents and is designed as a direct replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 1230.

Modified alkyd resins are alkyd resins chemically altered to improve specific properties such as drying time, hardness, or flexibility. These resins are widely used in paints and coatings, providing enhanced performance in various industrial and architectural applications.

SYNOLAC 40X60MY

SYNOLAC 40X60 is a styrenated short oil alkyd resin modified with dehydrated castor and soya oils with very fast initial and hard drying. Good resistance to water and mineral oils.

Application: Metal coating

UNITHANE 655W55 MY

UNITHANE 655W55 is a urethane alkyd designed for use in clear and pigmented finishes. It can be used as the sole medium or in combination with long oil alkyds.

Application: Floor coating

Very long oil alkyds contain a high percentage of oil, which increases their flexibility and ability to dry slowly. They are ideal for applications requiring durable, glossy finishes, such as wood coatings and exterior paints.

SYNOLAC 7500

SYNOLAC® 7500 is a long oil length, high solid, oxidising alkyd. It exhibits good penetration into wooden substrates and very smooth wiping feel. It has very good gloss and flexibility.

Application: Wood coating

Saturated (oil-free) polyester resins are thermosetting polymers used in coatings and composite materials. They offer good durability, UV resistance, and clarity, making them suitable for a range of industrial and decorative applications.

SYNOLAC 9605S65 MY

SYNOLAC 9605S65 is saturated polyester recommended for the formulations of cost effective coil and metal packaging coatings.

SYNOLAC 9645S55

SYNOLAC® 9645S55 is a linear oil free polyester developed for use in Coil Coating, sheet fed Metal Decorating and General Industrial applications.

Long oil alkyd resins have a higher oil content, making them more flexible and slower-drying. These resins are commonly used in architectural coatings, particularly for wood and metal surfaces, where flexibility and durability are essential.

SYNOLAC S63

SYNOLAC S63 is a long oil oxidizing alkyd develops for use in all decorative and marine paints/varnishes. Rapid drying, excellent durability, good colour and gloss retention are particular characteristics of this resin.

Rheology modifiers are additives used to control the flow properties of liquids, such as paints, coatings, and adhesives. They improve viscosity, stability, and application properties, ensuring consistent performance across a wide range of formulations.

CRAYVALLAC MT

CRAYVALLAC® MT is a micronised amide modified hydrogenated castor oil rheology modifier for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It is suited to coating systems based on aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbon/alcohol blends.

Application: Rheology Modifier

Amide waxes are synthetic waxes derived from fatty acids and amines. They are used in coatings, plastics, and inks to improve slip, abrasion resistance, and surface smoothness.

CRAYVALLAC PA 4X20

CRAYVALLAC® PA4 X 20 is a pre-activated amide wax dispersed in a mixture of xylene and alcohols. It is a rheology modifier in paste form for post-addition to solvent-based industrial coatings and industrial wood finishes.

Application: Protective & marine coating, metal coating, wood coating, vehicle refinishes

Polyethylene wax is a synthetic polymer with excellent lubrication and release properties. It is commonly used in coatings, plastics, and adhesives to enhance durability, reduce friction, and improve processing efficiency.

CRAYVALLAC WN1442

CRAYVALLAC® WN-1442 is readily dispersed into coating formulations using a variety of techniques e.g. high-speed dispersers, bead mills and triple roll mills. In general, micronised waxes are best incorporated into coating systems by pre-mixing with the binder. Alternatively, waxes may be added to the formulation immediately following the dispersion stage but prior to the final letdown.
