Our customer who is in the personal care industry in Indonesia wanted to achieve a distinguishing efficacy for its product. Maha provided the solution with the innovative products including Melazero. Our customer is a local manufacturer in Indonesia, which invests much resources in understanding the needs of customers and offering new level of services. Due to the support from the personal care application lab and local sales team, the manufacturer adopted our innovative solutions.
Among the solutions we offered to them is Melazero, the 3rd generation novel whitening agent that is applicable in wide range of skin care applications. Customer had challenges with their existing whitening agents, which were unable to meet their customers’ requirements for quick whitening effect. We tried to introduce mainly two sets of products.

As these products were very innovative but not well-known, we had to convince them by pass the prototype sample after identifying the customer’s needs. After the efficacy testing conducted by the customer, they identified that their product was able to attain quick whitening effect within 2 weeks without any side effects.
