Spec-Chem Industry Inc., established in China in 1995, specializes in manufacturing specialty chemicals for personal care and cosmetics. Their product catalog includes sunless tanning agents, whitening and skincare solutions, anti-aging and moisturizing products, hair care and conditioners, cationic surfactants, preservatives, herbal extracts, anti-wrinkle peptides, ethyl ascorbic acid, arbutin, deoxyarbutin, piroctone olamine, and more.
